What´s OpenParking?

We´re a short and long term Airport parking, alternative to the official Alicante-Elche Airport Parking.

 

What services OpenParking offer?

Apart from the parking service and shuttle service to/from the terminal, included on our prices, we also offer additional services to your vehicle. (Outside car wash, interior cleaning, maintenance, repairs, oil change, ITV, etc…

 

How does OpenParking online booking service works?

You can book straight forward following just a few simple steps on our website.

 

What documents do I need to book my parking space online?

When booking online, you´ll be asked for some personal information and also some details about the vehicle you want to park with us. (Make, model, color and registration.)

 

What documents do I have to bring with me to OpenParking?

Just the booking confirmation you get when booking online. If you´ve booked by phone, ask for the booking number to the staff.

 

How long in advance do I have to arrive to OpenParking?

In general, the Airlines recommend to be at the Airport 2 hours before departure time, being only 10 minutes the required time to park your vehicle and do the shuttle to the terminal.

 

How far is the parking from the terminal?

The distance from the parking to the terminal is 2 km, distance made by the shuttle bus in around 2 minutes.

 

What do I have to do as soon as I arrive to OpenParking?

Just drive in and show your booking confirmation to the staff. They´ll show you where to park.

 

How and when do I have to pay the parking fee?

Usually, payment is made on the return, although it can be made when you park the car if the customer wants it that way. We accept payment by card or cash.

 

What does the prices include?

Prices include parking service and both transfers to and from the terminal. (All our prices are IVA included).

 

Is there any additional cost for modifying or cancelation of the booking?

We don´t have any extra charge for modification /cancelation.

 

Do I have to leave the car keys at OpenParking?

It´s not an essential requirement. But we also offer key holding service at your disposal.

 

How often is the shuttle bus doing the transfer to the terminal?

There isn´t an established frequency, as soon as you arrive to the parking, our staff will take you to the terminal, no waiting.

 

What´s the parking opening hours?

We are open every day. 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. It is necessary to book in advance to guarantee availability.

 

What if my flight is delayed and we arrive later than the scheduled?

You don´t have to worry. We have every single flight monitored in the computer, being aware of possible delays, our staff will be waiting for you at the meeting point. (Only if your airline changes the flight number you should contact OpenParking via email info@openparking.es or at 0034 636 193 777).

 

What do I have to do when I come back?

Just go down to the meeting point. (Situated on level minus 2 of the terminal, between bus stops 1 and 5). We´ll show you the meeting point the day you depart, and the courtesy bus will be waiting for you there on your return.
Is the parking covered?
The compound is in the open air, but we also have some covered areas available at your disposal.

 

What security measures does OpenParking have?

We count with a CCTV system and a private alarm system to guarantee the safety of your vehicle, as well as an access detection alarm.

 

How can I get to the parking?

Once at the Airport main entrance, you must follow the sign towards “Zona de carga / Torrellano” to take the CV-852 road that connects the Airport with Torrellano village.
